Returns & exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order from us.

However, since we are a small business, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind about an order. We are happy to offer exchanges.

- Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

- Send items back within: 30 days of delivery


Conditions of return

Custom or personalised orders can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged items

Sometimes these things happen!

We will happily replace any defective or broken merchandise.

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of item to qualify for repair or exchange.

In order to qualify for an exchange, please include the date and place of purchase and an image of the defective item. If your item arrived damaged during shipping, please send an image when you contact us for repair or replacement. If you contact us after 30 days, we cannot guarantee repair or replacement. Please take care when mailing any items back to us. We cannot be responsible for any further damage which occurs during transit.

Workshop cancellation policy

There is no refund, so in case you paid and then cannot assist, your payment can be applied to the next date available.
